I have finally put myself to the task of completing LEEDS 10K run (www.runforall.com).  I will be joining thousands of Yorkshire runners on Sunday 14 July 2013. As this is my first 10K run, I will surely need lot of support from family and friends.

This run is to raise money for “The Urology Foundation”. The Urology Foundation believes that better research and education brings better treatment, diagnosis and prevention of all urological conditions.

The Urology Foundation:

·         Supports critical new scientific research.

·         Funds urologists on clinical visits to learn new skills and techniques.

·         Encourages international collaboration for best practice treatment.

·         Raises awareness of urological conditions through events and challenges.
