Our dear friend and mentor Howard Anderson has sadly lost his battle with Motor Neurone disease.   He was much loved by all who knew him and will never be forgotten.   

In his honour Nicky Huggett and Vivian McGrath will be running around Richmond Park on April 15th for the Capital Runners Richmond Park 10k race, to raise money for the Motor Neurones Disease Association, a charity that supports people with his condition and continues vital research.
