My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you may recall 3 years ago I completed the Race For Life (5k)on behalf of Cancer Research, thanks to your generosity I raised just under £1000.
This year I am doubling the distance (10k) for the MS Society. This is a charity that is close to my heart as I have 3 friends who are currently battling with this unforgiving neurological condition.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common neurological condition among young adults in the UK, affecting an estimated 100,000 people. In Scotland it is estimated that there are around 10,500 people with MS – more people per capita than anywhere else in the world.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
Vicki
