No drought.  No flood.  No problem? This year the rains were good in Rajasthan.  But the suffering that the poorest people endure every day is a disaster.  Every day children risk life and limb just to get water.  Every day people without toilets have to walk miles to find open space and some privacy. Every day people suffer from illness due to lack of water, lack of hygiene, or drinking water that is not clean. 

The solutions are simple.  Parapets & pulleys - help us keep the water in wells clean, and women and children safe when they fetch water. Toilets close to home - help us bring comfort and dignity to those who have spent a lifetime having to go to the toilet in the open. Learning about hygiene - help us bring clean water and hygiene training, even to remote villages.
