Story

As a group of outdoor enthusiasts, Jonathan Leckie, Allan Crow, Stu Howe, Johnnie Drysdale, Andy Claydon, Dino Varty, Ann McCandlish, Jenni Neilson, Steven Fletcher & Andy King have decided that this years charity event commencing on 7th April 2012 should be the West Highland Way with all donations to Spinal Injuries Scotland. This 96 mile walk has been on most of our agenda for many years, this year we will cross it off.

The challenge is that one of our party is wheelchair bound following spinal injury, we propose to make use of a recumbent handcycle for most of the way, canoe for 6 miles down the worst of Loch Lomond, piggy-back may also be interesting and necessary at times, all in all an enjoyable week of camping. This group of friends are spread across the country and come together yearly to enjoy each others company.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.  Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you.
