UPDATE: We've done it, it was torture. Who'd have thought Northumberland was so hilly? Haha! And tents were a bit too close for comfort - snoring in surround sound. We are giving up our home comforts to trek Hadrian's Wall for the BSF in September, sleeping in a tent and living out of a rucksack along the way. That might seem like fun to some, but it's "I'm NOT a celebrity but get me out of here" stuff for us.
