<p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">I am delighted to be here!! This will be my first Trek, as many of you know for the past 20 years I have suffered with Crohns disease - after many operations and amazing care and friends and Family I am ready to take on this challenge, I am as fit as I ever will be. I am walking for my fathers Charity "Ringsfield Eco Trust" and NSPCC both are children’s charities. Both Charities are doing amazing work for children and giving them a chance for the future.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">Mount</span><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;"> Toubkal is the second highest peak in Africa and the highest in North Africa. At an altitude of 4,167m and surrounded by towering sister peaks,</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Day 1</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">: 6 hour trek out of the Imlil Valley and into the Azzadene Valley. Passing Tizi N’Mzik at 2,450m and up past the Ighouliden waterfalls. Overnight we will be staying in the Lipeney mountain refuge at 3,000m</span></span><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Day 2</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">: A tough day and a steep climb out of the Azzadene Valley to the Toubkal Refuge and over the Aguelzim Mountain pass to 3,560m. </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;"><strong><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Day 3</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">: Very early start and we will trek to the summit of Mount Toubkal at 4,167m. We will then descend back to Imlil all in one day, this is expected to be a 10 hour day!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;"></span></span></span></p>
