On the 15th September 2013, we will be taking part in the Rose Road Triathlon.  The event will consist of swimming 200 metres, cycling 7.5 miles before finishing off with a 2.5 mile run. 

We're delighted to be raising money for the Rose Road Association, who over the last 60 years have worked with disabled children and their families to improve their quality of life.

So please give all you can to support us, no amount is too small and every penny will help The Rose Road Association continue in their wonderful work.
