Last year, as Buskers on Bikes, we took on the Land's End to John O'Groats trip on two wheels - and stopped off in the evening to bash out some songs in pubs and shake our buckets to raise as much as we could for Cancer Research UK.

We made a whopping £10,000... this year, the distance may be a wee bit shorter, but the potential for raising money is huge..! London to the Isle of Wight, over two days, with a veritable army of Bestivalites burning up the road...

I can't thank everyone who donated last year enough for their help; but here's the big ask: I'd be astoundingly grateful if you could dip into your pockets again this year and help Bike to Bestival on the way to a glorious target...

Needless to say, the fight against cancer is something most of us have personal experience of in one way or another - so please lob some money my way - and the way of the brilliant Cancer Research UK...
