<p>Hi!<br /><br />On Wednesday 15 June, clients from Cranstoun CDA Warwickshire will take their courage in both hands and do a Full Army Assault Course at Pirbright.</p> <p><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The aim?</span></strong><br /><br />During the day they'll be testing our team skills via field exercises, forget their fears to complete a memorable bike ride, learn how the army prepares food when out in the field, push themselves and increase their self-confidence and sense of achievement via the assault course.</p> <p><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Why go through all this effort??</span></strong><br /><br />Raise funds for Cranstoun CDA Warwickshire of course!<br /><br />This service helps people 18+ living in Rugby into, through and out of drug and alcohol treatment services and this, by also working in partnership with other local services.<br /><br />They offer various services such as community Access, advice &amp; information to clients but also Carers, Family &amp; Friends, they do&nbsp; needle Exchange &amp; Harm Minimisation, brief interventions (Up to 4 weeks of Solution Focused drugs work) and a structured Intervention Service (12 weeks of care planned 1-2-1 drugs work). They aim to raise self-efficacy, increase motivation and assist people in making informed choices.<br /><br />This friendly service has helped so many people over the years to get into a positive lifestyle and back into community.
