I'm self funding the challenge so all donations will go directly to Barnardo's Young carers projects for children who look after a family member who is sick, disabled or who has other care needs. The average age of the children is 12, however some are as young as 5 years old. They sometimes provide up to 50 hours of care a week, which means they often miss school, are bullied for being different and are sometimes afraid to ask for help as they feel they are letting the family down or that they might be removed from their home. Barnardo's helps by giving family support, allowing the children the chance to play, join clubs, meet up with other child carers and so much more.

So if you'd like to donate to this amazing charity, you'll be doing something wonderful and raising money for a fantastic cause.
