I'm not getting any younger and frequently ask myself why am putting my ageing body through all this pain? The reason is simple, this past year I&nbsp;know a number of family, friends and work colleagues who are living with cancer or have sadly already lost their battle.</p> <p class="introText">One in three of us will get cancer and it&rsquo;s the toughest thing most of us will ever face.
