<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>IM NOW DOING THE BELOW DRESSED AS SCOOBY DOO!!!</p> <p>As most of you know, I've been out for over a year with a pretty bad foot injury and have still got the best part of another year to go till I'm fully recovered. But I can't wait that long to challenge myself, so I've entered the MH Survival Of The Fittest at Battersea on Nov 12th this year. I decided to do it for a very worthy, hard working, local charity, which until recently I didn't even know existed - Epsom Canine Rescue.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Unfortunately due to the recession, Epsom rescue (like many charities) have been forced to tighten their purse strings and therefore unable to rescue or take care of as many dogs (and cats) as they would like or have been able to in the past. Unlike larger, government funded rescue centres, Epsom is ran purely on the good will of a handful of unpaid, volunteers. They take care of the dogs and tirelessly work to raise the &pound;1250 a month it takes to keep the rescue going.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please can you help me in raising as much money as possible, to help give an unwanted, neglected and sometimes abused dog a chance at a fresh start and loving home.
