Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am aiming to complete the 192 mile Coast to Coast walk within seven days (carrying all I require for the walk with me), which averages out at about 27 miles a day. Along the way I will cross three National Parks, walk through some of England’s finest scenery and have to cross some pretty tough peaks and valleys along the way through the Lake District the Pennines and the North Yorkshire Moors it is a long time since I have walked at this pace for this length of time so please consider this if you choose to donate!.I feel very passionately about raising money for Help the Heroes as I am an ex serviceman myself having had the honour to serve with Third Battalion the Parachute Regiment (3 Para).I have had friends both lost and injured in recent conflicts and know first hand the courage and dedication our service men and women face each and every day.
I have had amazing support from Adien Ltd who have given me full backing for this, as well as the Infantry Training Centre at Catterick Garrison and in particularly R.S.M. (WO1) Z.A. Leong 2 Infantry Training Battalion and my former colleagues of the Parachute Regiment who are based on the training teams in Catterick.
