The Charity
The Manchester CSR Committee are fundraising for our office charity - Francis House Children's Hospice.
Francis House is based in Didsbury and provides high levels of clinical care to the families of young children and young adults with life-limiting and life threatening conditions. At any one time, Francis House supports approximately 2,000 people with invaluable respite care, homecare, sibling support, end of life care and emotional and bereavement support. Their aim is to enable these children and young adults to live life to the full and fulfil their dreams, dreams that are often the kind of things that we take for granted.
They require £4.7m a year in charitable donations to continue providing the crucial long-term support that they provide. We are proud that Weightmans has recognised the fantastic work that Francis House does and we would be extremely grateful for any donations!
