I have set myself a challenge for August, in memory of my Dad who lost his short battle to cancer on the 23/12/2013. I'm his memory I am doing a 25m bike ride on the 10/08/2014 in Somerset and then on 24/08/2014 I will be taking part in the Severn bridge half marathon. 

My dad was a very special person, who took up running in his 40's and ran over 20 marathon's plus endless half marathons raising over £10,000 pounds for charity.

So by doing this I want to raise money for the hospice that looked after my dad in his final few days, so that they can keep giving the special care to terminally ill patients and their families.
