Well what seemed a good idea the time is now becoming a reality.

In a moment of madness :-) I have signed up to ride 360 miles from St Marlo to Lille, over 4 days with 53 work colleagues.  Having not ridden a bike for a number of years my knees and bottom are starting to wonder why !
