<p>On September 17/18th we'll be doing the Welsh 3000s to raise money for <strong>Arthritis Research UK.</strong> This challenge involves climbing all 15 of the mountains in Wales over 3000 feet. Only 30 miles in total, a bit up and down and up again...and again....and again.
