On September 17/18th we'll be doing the Welsh 3000s to raise money for Arthritis Research UK. This challenge involves climbing all 15 of the mountains in Wales over 3000 feet. Only 30 miles in total, a bit up and down and up again...and again....and again. Not a problem!

The 3000s team either care for patients, research into the causes of arthritis or both; each team member is hugely indebted to Arthritis Research UK in one way or another and we hope to raise as much money for them as possible, so please give generously.
