Story

THE SOLDIER'S CHARITY (Big Curry)

Hi, thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

'Run it; ride it; walk it; stagger it'

Bella (1 well-behaved dog) and I have decided to walk (or stagger) for 22.09 km on an organised route around Harpenden and surrounding areas. This is 10 metres for each of the 2209 servicemen killed or wounded in action in Afghanistan since 2001 (to 31.12.2011).

We (Bella + I) feel that as we were doing nothing on Saturday 21 April this year, we would support this worthwhile charity and complete the distance ... somehow. If you would also like to support this charity, please give by donating to my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
