I am taking part in the Gurkha Welfare Trust's annual Trailwalker event which involves a 100km run across the South Downs to raise money for retired and injured Gurkha soldiers in Nepal and the U.K.

The team comprises of four members, all of whom have recently returned from an operational tour to Afghanistan and witnessed first hand the need to support our injured comrades.
