My story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
With Christmas taking its toll on the combined waist lines of the team what better way to lose some of the excess weight by doing something good for a local cause than hitting the road on a 10k race from Llandudno Pier to Colwyn Bay Pier.
Training has now started in earnest and the 6 Muskateers will be embarking on their run on 21st January 2012. The big question is when will they finish??!! (ie which day....?!)
We have chosen to raise money for the local charity of St Kintergerns Hospice (www.stkintergernhospice.org.uk) which as with all charities is a great cause and much appreciated facility for those in active, progressive or advanced illness providing much needed support for the individual as well as their families. Visit the website to learn more about them if you have some time.
You'll see our team fundraising target on the right - we'd love to get anywhere near it so by chipping in it really does help
