As you know, I'm running a half-marathon for SHINE on October 11th. Sadly, I think my full marathon days are now behind me.

SHINE is a wonderful charity that does great work for educationally-deprived children in London and Manchester. Every penny that is raised is spent on charitable work as all of the charity's operational costs are met  by its founders.
