The training is going reasonably well so far, although Sally's struggle with a knee problem remains, despite surgery in June.  The intention is for her to still run - provided her surgeon says she can.....watch this space!  The team will run in some form, even if its not all three of us!

Our aim is to run (a very loose term!) the Great North Run on 20th September to raise funds for the Wharfe Valley Branch of Cats Protection.  PLEASE  DON'T STOP READING BECAUSE YOU DISLIKE CATS!!!

Hopefully you know and like one (or all) of us enough and think we are daft enough to justify you parting with some of your hard earned money to go towards our chosen charity - even if you don't like cats themselves! 

The generous donations so far have meant we have exceeded our initial target of £1000.  This has motivated us to double our efforts, and hopefully the donations.  We are now aiming to raise £2000 so your donation is very much still needed!
