INS is an amazing charity that </span><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-themecolor: text1;" lang="EN-US">provides caring, rehabilitation, maintenance and support services primarily for people with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease or who have suffered a Stroke, and who are living in my local area ie the </span><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US">London Boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond<span style="mso-themecolor: text1;">. </span></span><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri;">Their services include home visits, therapy groups, education and training &c, and there are many people who have benefitted greatly from their help. It is not quite as tough as scaling the peak of Everest itself, but is very challenging in its own right, involving ascending to 17,500 ft.
