It is now time to prove myself worthy of inclusion in this elite club of sportsmen by manning up and "running" 26.2 miles across London, a task which I will hopefully finish before the Mayan's predict the world will end in 2012.

I have quit smoking, cut down on the processed cheese and even bought an anti chafing stick.
