Hello to all,

Thanks for taking the time to visit our just giving page!

   If you haven't heard the plan is for Will, Buffy and Emma to hitchhike to Morocco!

    We are doing it for a charity called Link Community Development. This is an amazing charity which helps children throughout Africa to have a 'better and brighter future.' 

   One of their target countries is Malawi. This is a country that Will feels particularly passionate about, having spent four months of his gap year living and teaching just south of the capital, Lilongwe. Malawi is in the bottom five poorest countries in the world. The poverty in rural Malawi is quite extreme and they do really need all of the help they can get. Buffy had a very similar experience in Tanzania for her gap year. They both spent a lot of time with orphans and school children and really came to appreciate how amazing the work that the schools out there were doing for these children. Without funding from charities such as LCD these schools would not be able to provide the good education and health services that they do. 

We know that times are hard at the moment but seriously, every donation is worthwhile. Every £1 donated is enough to buy a book that goes towards a child's education and if you could spare even that we would be so appreciative. 

London to Marrakech is 1429.09 miles! This is quite a daunting task..

But with our limited French and Spanish, which mainly revolves around the contents of a pencil case (year 8 languages), Buffys charm, Emmas persistance and Wills dashing good looks we are hoping to succeed. Currently Will think's that he's using the girls as bait, but we're thinking that his pretty blond hair and oh so brilliant onesie (check out the photo's!) could also be abused with great success.

Any donation that you would be able to give would be much appreciated as the work Link Community Development does is helping many childrens lives across the world!
