Every two hours, someone in the UK will become paralysed. Globally, it is estimated that 15.4 million people are living with paralysis. At Spinal Research our vision is to create a world where paralysis can be cured, no matter when the injury occurred or where in the world.

Story

Spinal Research is a charity which is really close to my heart. In 2002 my Dad was paralysed from the neck downwards and told he would never walk again.

dad, myself and so many others one day dream that paralysis could be healed, with the paralysed not in a wheelchair for the rest of their life. Spinal Research is a charity, infact the world leading charity in fighting paralysis, which aims to make this image come true. It ishowever a relatively small charity and needs as much help as you can give it.

Around 60 of my friends are running this half marathon for Spinal research, and any donation you could give to me or the team would be massively appreciated by myself, my Dad and the Charity.

Thanks for reading this, please give as much as you can to a truely amazing charity. Will xx
