In March 2010, I'm going to run a half-marathon to raise money for 'Action For M.E.'  Before I started training for this, I couldn't even run a mile without having to stop and walk - so running 13.1 miles is going to be a challenge. My younger brother (Matt) was diagnosed with M.E. (or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as it's also known) in early 2007, and it took him nearly two years to fully recover. 

Action For M.E. is the UK's leading charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with M.E., providing information and support to people affected by M.E.
