Some of you will have known Charlie Waller - once met not easily forgotten. I was lucky enough to have met him and his brothers at school. Charlie tragically committed suicide in 1997 having suffered from depression.

Cape Town - how lovely I hear you say. I am sadly there for work so will not see much sun. Bike race going to be very tough given the hills and my 17 stone!!
