The Blue Marine Foundation (BLUE) is a UK-based charity, established in 2010 by the team behind the film The End of the Line. BLUE exists to combat over-fishing and the destruction of biodiversity through the creation of marine reserves and models of sustainable fishing.

Story

On September 17th I'm riding the first day of a 10 day ride to support the Blue Marine Foundation. The Blue Marine Foundation was created by Charles Clover, George Duffield and Chris Gorell Barnes after the success of the award-winning film that they produced and my brother Rupert directed - The End of the Line. The film pointed out how we are destroying the oceans and killing all the fish - and Blue was set up to create protected marine reserves and help fish stocks recover.

I'm not cycling a long way on Sunday - not as far as the others cycling all the way to Monaco, but I believe in the cause because without fish in the sea, we're all f**cked.

Please give me a small amount if you can - even a couple of quid would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks!
