Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running this year's London Marathon in aid of the Countryside Alliance Foundation. The Foundation is the charitable branch of the Countryside Alliance that aimes to spread awareness and educate children and adults alike about rural Britain. With current projects such as campaigning for the retention of rural post offices and village shops, more accurate food labeling, and promoting British produce, the Countryside Alliance Foundation's work is truly vital to the welfare of Britain's rural landscape.

To many of you this page will look all to familiar! I was meant to be doing the run in last year's race alongside my brother but was, rather unfortunately, attacked by a pickle jar a week before the 2012 marathon. BUT, as promised, I am back! To put myself through the challenge and earn your generous sponsorship.

For those of you that didn't get the chance to sponsor us last year, now is your chance! As ever, any donation, however great or small, is hugely appreciated and will go towards the Foundations sterling work. The target I have set for my fundraising is only small as anything collected this year is a bonus, but please don't let that hold you back.

Thank you
