In May 2017 the Saddle for Stroke team and I will ride from London to Paris. The intention is to raise as much money as possible for the
Stroke Association.

The ride was organised in memory of Tina Trafford who last summer without warning suffered a fatal stroke leaving behind her loving family far too soon.

My own personal motivation for this ride stems from the strokes my Granny suffered only a few years ago. Like Tina she is sadly no longer with us but unlike Tina she passed away in the twilight of her life. Strokes devastate lives at any age but particularly for younger people such as Tina and her family - So please contribute whatever you can to this worthy cause.
