I'am Cycling Bangor to Cardiff for 3rd World Hope.
3rd World Hope was set up after two friends travelled through Africa. What struck them most was, that despite the desperate poverty in which the local people lived, they were welcomed everywhere with open arms
Upon returning to the UK they set about fundraising to carry out a small project for an orphanage in Malawi, their way of trying to give something back. With help and support from friends and family the small project grew to become a huge success. Not only were they able to equip the orphanage, they provided sustainable resources thereby enabling a village to live with the basic necessities such as food and clean water. The aim now is to build on the initial success by continuing to provide vital support in poverty stricken areas around the world.
