220+ miles, 3 birthdays, 1 puncture, lots of aching muscles, far too much wine - but a lot of smiling faces!

Wittenham Warriors are at it again! This year the challenge is to Pedal for Prostate -- all the way from Long Wittenham, a small village near Oxford, to Paris. Each one of the men and women who have signed up to take part will pedal 200 miles. Setting off from the Village School at 08:30 on Thursday May 13th 2010 (please come and see us off!) the group will pedal a combined distance of 4,400 miles - reaching the heart of Paris on Saturday, in time or a well earned beverage (or three)! By sponsoring a team member you will be contributing to a charity, backed by the Institute of Cancer Research, that is working hard to fight against prostate and testicular cancer. It is one of the most cost effective cancer research organisation in the world - 95% of the money donated goes directly towards its life-saving research.
