Story

Hi Everyone,

Most of you will know that last July I had a heart attack and needed to have a Stent fitted in my artery, since then with the help of the NHS and the British Heart Foundation I am back on the road to recovery.

On May 5th this year with the old team Andy, Paul and Adrian along with Lee , Shaun, Wayne, Rick, Noel, Jason and Andy Cave (see Andy's Story below) will be attempting to walk the Worcestershire Way.This is a 31 mile cross country walk from Malvern to Bewdley, this walk is recommended to be completed in 2 or 3 days so, to make this a challenge we will be trying to complete in 1 day

We will be starting at Malvern at 6am on May 5th walking the route up to martley where we will stop for lunch,we will then continue to Bewdley hopefully before 7 pm in the evening .
