<p>Myself, along with other Welsh Ex International Rugby players (and Kevin Hill as the medical support and team leader in strong winds!!) are attempting to cycle approximately 200 miles from the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff to Twickenham, London, to arrive in time for the England v's Wales game!! &nbsp;This cycle will take place over 3 days from 22nd to 25th February.</p> <p>We are hoping to raise funds for the Cardiff Institution for the Blind, which is a charity close to the heart of Gavin Quinell (ex Scartlets player) who lost the sight in one of his eyes following a rugby accident.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
