York Theatre Royal are raising money to improve the accessibility to our workshop spaces in the De Grey Rooms. We want to make the spaces accessible to all so the whole community can take part in Youth Theatre and workshop activities and the first stage is to install a wheelchair lift.

Damian Cruden, Artistic Director, ran the Edinburgh Marathon and eight of the York Theatre Royal staff ran the marathon as two relay teams (approx 7 miles each) to kick start our fundraising efforts. We will have a variety of other fundraising events throughout the year.
