The Prince's Trust Palace to Palace 2016 · 2 October 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 2nd October 2016, I plan to cycle 45-miles by participating in the Palace to Palace ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle raising money for ‘The Prince's Trust’. The most I've ever cycled is 12 miles round trip with a break in-between so this will be no easy feat for me! I have completed the first step in purchasing a bike and now need to get my head down and commence some serious training.

‘The Prince's Trust’ is a great charity that helps disadvantaged young people aged 13 to 30 get into jobs, education and training helping them to get that all important foot in the door in becoming a productive member of society. As ‘The Prince’s Trust’ approaches its 40th anniversary it has helped a colossal 825,000 people across the UK. Young people are the future of British society and it is incumbent we nurture them and give them the tools/opportunities to reach their full potential.

You can also join in the success of ‘The Prince’s Trust’ by form of sponsorship via my just giving page and help a young person today!

Thank you for your Support!
