The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

On Sunday 7th October 2018, I plan to cycle 45-miles by participating in the Palace to Palace ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle raising money for ‘The Prince's Trust’. This is the third consecutive year I will be taking part in this grueling but enjoyable event and hope to smash my time of 05:15:17!

‘The Prince's Trust’ is a great charity that helps disadvantaged young people aged 13 to 30 get into jobs, education and training helping them to get that all important foot in the door in becoming a productive member of society. As ‘The Prince’s Trust’ approaches its 40th anniversary it has helped a colossal 825,000 people across the UK. Young people are the future of British society and it is incumbent we nurture them and give them the tools/opportunities to reach their full potential.
