Rachel & Wayne Severn and 8 of their friends will be participating in the above event on Saturday 12th October 2013 @ 1015am.

This will take place in Nottingham - Victoria Embankment, near Trent Bridge.

The course is 12k long and includes a number of 12 extreme obstacles such as swimming through the river trent. 

All monies raised will be in memory of Dave Middleton and will be donated to Rotherham Hospice
