Yin and I are getting married and rather than a wedding list; we'd love you to donate to Spinal Research. We hope that you will give generously to help us raise lots of money for this excellent cause.

Spinal Research is a charity very close to my heart. For those who do not know, I underwent spinal surgery several years ago and now have regular injections in to my cervical spine which keep me functioning and pain free.

Without the work of Spinal Research, such techniques would not be available and many people would be less capable of leading a normal life. Their rehab work and research in to re-growing spinal cord is giving hope to many that the ongoing effects of a spinal cord injury, including paralysis, may one day be something that can be overcome.

We look forward to celebrating our marriage with you.
