<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">On the 15 October 2011 Eight ‘cyclists’ will be setting off from the sea on the west coast of England and heading across England to the Sea on the East coast of England, or as it is more commonly know The Coast 2 Coast cycle. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">Day One will involve an early start from Workington as we head across the Northern Lakes cycling up hill and down dale (but looking at the map, mostly uphill....) through to Allenhead for a well deserved feed and maybe a pint......safe in the knowledge that 79 miles and hopefully most of the hills are now just a painful memory!!!</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Day two will involve 57 miles of cycling, probably all standing up as day one catches up with us, as we follow the Tyne to Tynemouth and the finish </span><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-char-type: symbol; mso-symbol-font-family: Wingdings;">J</span></span></span></p>

They can only do this with the support of the public, so please help us to help them continue the amazing work they do.</span></p>
