A group of us (yogis and yoginis) are taking part in this year's Yogathon to help raise Rainforest Foundation much needed funds and spread the word about the fantastic work they are doing.

About Yogathon:

This wonderful event will take place on 27th October during the Yoga Show. The challenge is to complete 108 Sun Salutations.

About Rainforest Foundation:

Their mission is to support indigenous and traditional people of the world's rainforests in their efforts to protect their environment and fulfill their rights.As deforestation pressures have intensified, providing the support needed for indigenous peoples to remain stewards of their ancestral lands has proven to be extremely effective in protecting rainforest. Hence, helping not only the indigenous people but the humanity, since protecting rainforests is key to mitigating climate change!!! This affects every one of us, eventually, nobody can survive without the rainforests.
