About to attempt climbing Three Peaks challenge: climbing three highest peaks in the UK (in Scotland, Lake District and Wales) in 24 hours, as part of the GoCardless team.

This initiative started to support AG, our Chief Revenue Officer, in his battle with a cancer recurrence. The stem cell donation was crucial for him and so many others! AG is a keen sportsman, and we decided to collectively scale the Three Peaks as a team in support of DKMS, AG`s charity of choice. You can read AG's inspiring story on https://andrewgilboy.com/

DKMS is building a database of bone marrow donors to save the lives people with blood cancer or disorder. 

Incredibly, 90 people have committed to the challenge and many signed up to the stem cell and bone marrow donor programme. Both the challenge and the prospect of a donation procedure are scary to me, as someone frequently faints during routine blood tests.

We hope to raise awareness and funds in support of this cause!
