Story
The Chinese New Year Trust is an international
charity that helps improve access to education for children and young people in
rural China.
Run by volunteers in London, Beijing and Hong
Kong, the charity raises funds by working with student organisations and young
professionals who have an interest in China.
In China, we provide funds to build and improve
schools, and give bursaries to underprivileged children and young people. In
the UK, we support events to raise awareness of the educational issues in rural
China. Since its beginning, CNYTrust has helped bring education to hundreds of
students in China, giving them greater opportunities in today’s world.
