I am raising money for this charity because Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) plays a big part in my life. My dad suffers from the disease and has been on dialysis for the past 8 years. Me and my brother have also just found out that we carry the gene for pkd and already have some signs of the disease so theres a possibilitbity it will affect us later on in life like it has for our dad.

PKD is incureable so help me to raise money for this charity to help find further treatments and support.
