We are deeply saddened by the loss of our son, Zak.  All through his illness, Pact House Sheffield has been an invaluable support to all the family and Zak would have wanted to help them continue their work.

So in memory of Zak we ask you, instead of sending flowers to his funeral, to make a donation to Pact House.  No donation is too small - they will all add up as an expression of our love for Zak.
