I am running for The Emily Ash Trust on the 6th September at the Tri for Life Triathlon at Dorney Lake. This is my first Triathlon and therefore it means alot to me, especially as I am a great supporter of the work that the charity does for children with luekaemia.

I am looking to raise over £100 for the charity so please, dig deep and donate, and anyone who wishes to come down and support me would be great. Myself and many other's supporting The Emily Ash Trust will be setting off at 12.20 pm. So if you do decide to come down and watch, make sure you get there beforehand to ensure you find yourselves a good place to watch from.
