Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

We are running for Nancy Thomas who is now nearly 3 years old. She was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at the age of 3 weeks old. Nancy is the most amazing child. She has the most beautiful eyes that stare into your soul and drink up all of your presence.

Cystic Fibrosis affects 9000 young people in the UK, 1 in 25 of us are carriers and every child that is born in the UK is tested for it shortly after birth. Family and friends are united in helping to raise awareness and find a cure by fundraising, so we've joined together to raised money for our chosen charity, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. They are the only charity in the UK dedicated to funding research into finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. A life limiting genetic disease that affects all the internal organs in the body and see's it sufferers on daily regimes of lots of medication and physio and inevitably transplant lists.

Please donate to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis, a race we really must win.
