Can I ask for you to sponsor me please? Not often I do much exercise so this is a rare event! 

I know the Grist's through their lovely twin girls who have been in Jacks year throughout their schooling. I also know Andrea as she was an amazing teacher at Jacks primary school. I was shocked and saddened to hear about Neil's diagnosis of a brain tumour and I admire the way the family are reacting so positively by organising this 10k walk.  I hope this can go some way to helping to raise funds for a worthy cause.
